Go beyond the boundaries of aerial photography
The world’s first foldable 8k drone
8K Resolution: Life in 33 Million Pixels
Autel EVO II 8k records in resolutions up to 7680×4320. With 16 times more pixels compared to HD and 4 times as many pixels compared to 4k, 8k video redefines image detail. The high resolution enables the ability to zoom deep into a scene, crop an image or video to 4k without any loss in quality and pushing color further than ever before.
Partnering with Sony, the Autel EVO II’s 48-megapixel sensor is superior to any aerial camera by providing sharper images, greater detail, and richer color.
No Geo-Fencing
Unlike other drones on the market, the EVO II series drones have no geo-fencing. That means no hoops to jump through just to fly where you need to fly and no guessing if you’re going to be able to take off because of a spotty connection or firmware update.
4K, 10-BIT HDR reveals greater detail in highlights and shadows
4K HDR video with 16 Exposure Values (EV) control combines long-, medium- and short-term exposures into a single frame adding dynamic range. 10-bit color depth captures over 1 billion colors to provide greater flexibility in post-production while still retaining rich details in the shadows and highlights.
LiveDeck: Stream Anywhere
EVO II supports multi-port HDMI real-time output to meet the requirements of projection monitoring and live streaming.
Phase Detection Auto Focus
Phase detection is precision Auto Focus that enables the tracking of fast-moving subjects accurately.
Foldable and portable design
EVO II is highly maneuverable and only takes 10s from start-up to take-off.
Interchangeable gimbals
Other foldable drone systems require purchasing an entirely different drone for different situations. The Autel EVO II has interchangeable gimbals, giving public safety agencies the option to change to the camera best suited for the job – in the field.
Battery Life
EVO II comes standard with a 7100mAh rechargeable battery providing up to 40 minutes of flight time (35-minute hover). It also uses Autel’s patented Battlock system to guard against battery ejection during high-speed maneuvers or hard landings. The extended battery life allows for longer missions and a higher likelihood of capturing critical data.
Extended Range
The EVO II has an enhanced digital transmission system that allows for live image transmission up to 5.5 miles away. Stronger image transmission also means a stronger signal, keeping you connected in urban environments and thick forests.
Obstacle Avoidance
Twelve computer vision sensors controlled by a dual-core processor and AI machine learning create omni-directional protection. Begin detecting potential hazards at up to 98ft away and let EVO II accurately control the speed of the drone to avoid a collision. There is also an option to turn the avoidance feature off and use the radar feature to keep yourself informed about the environment while maintaining full control of the aircraft.
